Real Estate Agent
Job Description
- Proficient in the business process of real estate sales and rentals, receiving and serving current and potential customers and facilitating all residential and commercial transactions
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, email, and social media to close residential and commercial transactions
- Provide fully accurate residential and commercial information to meet client needs to complete transactions
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale and lease
- Guide clients who want to buy / rent residential and commercial properties to see properties and provide property information and show benefits to clients
- Explain and guide the procedures for buying / selling / renting properties
- Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal
- Develop client relationships and new client channels
- Able to contact and work with clients, partners who are foreigners
- Report, update and maintain daily activity and prospect information including comprehensive and up-to-date client and property information in CRM
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales and lease record
- Ability to speak basic conversational English
- Proficient in computers, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs and ready to learn other applications, including CRM
- Knowledge of real estate market, competitors, and marketing
- Passionate about business in real estate, enthusiastic, friendly, sociable
- Pleasant, trustworthy, and results driven
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
